Inspired by our Prints by Contemporary Black Artists exhibition, this printmaking workshop will guide students through techniques, such as layers of color, texture, and collage materials, as a means to reflect their identity from their own lived experience.
Materials will be provided. Students are only asked to bring a family photo to create a one-of-a-kind monotype. Age 13+ are encouraged and welcome. For more information, email education@mcnayart.org.
